You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

To return a product, you must first contact us via email at nilmoto@nilmoto.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Then, follow the provided instructions to send the item back.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Returns of used products or products that are not in their original condition will not be accepted unless they have a defect.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
