Shipping FAQ'S

The delivery time is 1 to 7 business days for the mainland. For the Canary Islands, the period extends to about 8 additional days, and 3 to 5 more days for Ceuta and Melilla. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order has been shipped.

If your order does not arrive within the indicated timeframe, please contact us via email at nilmoto@nilmoto.com or call us at 868 188704. We will inform you about the status of your shipment and, if necessary, proceed to manage a solution.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping notice and a tracking number so you can track your package. If you do not receive it, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Shipping costs vary based on location and order value. For shipments to the mainland, it is €7.90 for orders up to €68.99, and free for orders over €69. In the Balearic Islands, the cost is €15.50 for packages under 10 kg and €39 for packages between 11 and 30 kg. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the cost depends on the weight and volume of the package.

If your order arrives damaged, it is important that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please send an email to nilmoto@nilmoto.com with photos of the damage and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide you with a solution, which may include a refund or replacement of the product.
