Product Exchange
All our products are original brands, new, and come with a direct manufacturer’s warranty. Our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction, and if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money.
Boutique Items: The first size exchange is free. We handle the collection and the new shipment.
This promotion is valid only for purchases made in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal that exceed 99 euros.
*NOTE: The promotion is not valid for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Before returning, please email us at ventas@nilmoto.com indicating the issue. We will respond with the steps to follow.
Almost all products can be exchanged if they are unused, not installed on the motorcycle, and in perfect condition, including accessories and documentation.
Withdrawal
Returning an item on Nilmoto.com is very easy! Just send us an email at ventas@nilmoto.com.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date of receipt. Legally, it’s 15 days, but we give you 30 days!
It’s all very simple. We’ll arrange the collection at your home. Just send us an email, and we’ll inform you of the next steps.

Defective Product or Nilmoto Error
Please notify us by email at ventas@nilmoto.com with details of the issue, and we will provide you with the steps to follow. We may request photos to expedite the product warranty process or to identify the reason for the error.
We will coordinate with you on the address and time to pick up the defective product. Once received, we will send you a replacement. Nilmoto will cover the collection and new shipping costs.
If the issue is due to a packaging error, either ours or from the factory, and any part is missing from your order, it will be sent as soon as possible, with shipping costs covered by us as well.
