In these legal conditions, the terms nilmoto, nilmoto.com, or nilmoto accesorios, slu will be understood as the same entity.

All prices displayed in our product catalog include VAT (21%).
The prices apply to products purchased via bank transfer and for orders over 69€.
If the total order is less than 69 €, shipping charges will be added.

Due to its special tax regime, all sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are exempt from VAT (customs clearance fees and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or shipping and must be paid by the recipient at the destination).

SHIPPING COSTS

Home Delivery - Peninsula
Shipments will be made via national transport agency and the costs will be:
Orders between 0 and 68.99 euros = 7.90€ or 5.50€ for certain items with the "reduced rate" Orders over 69 euros = FREE

Home Delivery - Balearic Islands
Shipments will be made via national transport agency and the costs will be: 15.50€ per package under 10kg and with maximum dimensions of 1 meter; 39€ per package between 11 and 30kg with maximum dimensions of 120cm (sum of height, length, and width). If your shipment exceeds these parameters, we will contact you to provide a shipping quote.

Home Delivery - Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

The shipment will be made with TIPSA, and the cost will depend on the weight and volume of the package, which includes: transportation, shipping costs, and export customs clearance. Nilmoto will not be responsible for taxes specific to these autonomous communities, customs, or duties. Therefore, at the destination, you will need to pay:

16€ for Import Customs Clearance

7% of the merchandise value for invoices over 150€.

For Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, only credit card or bank transfer payments will be accepted.

For vehicle shipments, please inquire for transportation costs.

Credit Card Payment
We use a secure payment platform managed by the Sermepa secure system. Simply follow the steps outlined by the system. The charge on your credit card will be made at the time you place the order. This payment method has no commission.
Paypal
To pay using PayPal, you need to have a PayPal account. If you do not have one, you can open it at www.paypal.com. PayPal manages your data and card details, so they are never shown to the seller, making your transactions and purchases more secure.
Bank Transfer Payment
You can make the bank transfer to the following account:

It is very important that you include the following information in the "Sender" or "Originator" field: Order number - Your full name.
Once we receive confirmation of the deposit from our bank, we will proceed to activate your order. The delivery time begins from this date.
This payment method is not subject to a commission.
Cash on Delivery
(Except for Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla)
This payment option has a 5% management fee, with a minimum of €2.90.

Flexible Payment with SeQura
Choose to split the total amount of your order into 3, 6, 12, or 18 monthly installments at the time of purchase. The 3-month payment option is available with the "Split into 3 payments with no interest" option. Instant approval and no paperwork. Only your ID or NIE, mobile phone, and card are needed. There is only a fixed fee per installment (varies depending on the order amount). No interest, TIN 0%. No hidden costs. The first payment is made with the card at the time of purchase, and the rest will be automatically charged according to the installments you’ve chosen. You can modify the payment plan or pay the total amount at any time without additional costs. You can also choose or modify the day of the month you want to make payments. SeQura will inform you at all times via email and SMS. This is a service by SeQura, which allows you to save your card details for future purchases without having to re-enter your payment information.

Bizum
We use a secure payment platform managed by the secure platform Sermepa. You only need to follow the steps provided by the system. The charge will be made at the time of the order. This payment option has no commission.


DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for products will be between 1 and 7 days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If the item is out of stock and the supply time exceeds this period, we will inform you as soon as possible, and you can check the delivery time via email. The time will be calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). For deliveries to the Canary Islands, please add about 8 days, and for Ceuta and Melilla, an additional 3 to 5 days, always business days, as shipments are made via PAQUETE AZUL of Correos. If we are unable to meet these deadlines, we will inform you immediately and provide a new delivery date. If you do not accept the new date, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

You will receive a shipping notice along with the delivery note by email. You can email us at nilmoto@nilmoto.com with your name and order number if you would like to receive the invoice in paper format or via email.


WARRANTY 

Defects or damages due to improper use or handling of the material, as well as normal wear and tear from regular use, are not covered by this warranty. Also excluded are reductions in functionality due to the limitations of the product design.

- In case of non-compliance upon delivery of the product, the seller is responsible for deficiencies found within three years from delivery, which will be considered as the date shown on the invoice, receipt, or delivery note.
- Unless proven otherwise, any non-compliance discovered within the first two years after delivery will be presumed to have existed when the product was delivered. The consumer may request the correction of the non-compliance, a price reduction, or contract termination.

To bring the product into compliance, the consumer may opt for repair or replacement, unless one of these options is impossible or would incur disproportionate costs for the business. These measures must meet the following requirements: They will be free of charge for the consumer, including all necessary expenses to bring the goods into conformity, such as shipping, transportation, labor, or materials. They will be carried out within a reasonable time once the company has been informed of the non-compliance and without undue inconvenience to the consumer. The consumer must make the product available to the business, which will recover it at its own expense in a manner that causes the least inconvenience to the consumer, depending on the type of product. The business will collect the non-compliant product at its cost. The business will provide documentation justifying the delivery of the product from the consumer, indicating the delivery date and non-compliance, as well as confirmation of the corrected delivery.
- The consumer may also request a price reduction or contract termination. The price reduction will be proportional to the difference between the value the product would have had at delivery had it been compliant and the value of the non-compliant product at the time of delivery.

Contract termination will not apply if the non-compliance is of little importance. The consumer can choose either option if:
- The measure to bring the product into conformity is impossible or disproportionate; The business has not completed the repair or replacement correctly; There is a non-compliance in the repaired or replaced product; The non-compliance is of such severity that justifies one of the two options; The business has declared, or it is evident from the circumstances, that it will not bring the product into compliance within a reasonable time or without undue inconvenience to the consumer.

The business will refund the price paid by the consumer after receiving the product or proof that it has been returned.

- The consumer may suspend payment until the company fulfills its obligations. They can also request the correction of non-compliance, price reduction, or contract termination if the use of the product is hindered due to third-party rights violations. The consumer will not be responsible for any payments for normal use of replaced goods during the period prior to replacement. If the consumer requests the correction of non-compliance, a price reduction, or contract termination, they may also seek compensation for damages, if applicable.


Discontinuation

The discontinuation period expires 30 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at the address above by email or postal mail. You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the discontinuation deadline, you only need to send the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the deadline expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date the return is made effective.

We will process this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of the return, whichever condition is met first.

Product Returns

You must return or directly deliver the goods to us or to the address provided above, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Product Exchanges

You have 30 days to exchange the product. You must act in the same way as for a return or withdrawal, indicating the item for which you wish to make the exchange.

Prices and Sale Items

Prices are as indicated on the website nilmoto.com. We are not responsible for prices that may appear on other platforms. Prices of items marked on sale will be valid for 10 days unless otherwise indicated or part of other campaigns with specific deadlines.

Partial Invalidity and Nullity

If any provision of these general contracting conditions is deemed null or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any Court or Tribunal of Justice or competent administrative body, such nullity or unenforceability will not affect the remaining provisions, which will remain fully valid and binding for the parties.

NILMOTO ACCESORIOS, SLU makes available to its Users the appropriate complaint forms for consumer matters. Furthermore, on the NILMOTO ACCESORIOS, SLU website, it provides information on its adherence to consumer codes and trust seals to guarantee the highest quality in the provision of its services and the security of its Users. In compliance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, it offers access to the European Consumer Dispute Resolution Portal for managing the resolution of any disputes arising from the legal relationship between the parties.

Electronic Waste Disposal Information (WEEE)

Electrical and electronic equipment ("EEE") may not be disposed of in household waste containers or any other that is not specifically designated for it, nor in public spaces. Batteries and accumulators that are not attached to EEE must be separated from them. Users may deliver batteries to specific collection points after use. WEEE must be accompanied by the following symbol to indicate compliance with Directive 2012/19/EU, Royal Decree 110/2015, and other applicable regulations regarding WEEE, including the identification of harmful substances, specifically "Cd" for Cadmium, "Hg" for Mercury, and "Pb" for Lead.
